DS Collective Consulting, LLC provides career coaching, advisory, and workforce development services for individuals and organizations. Services are educational and strategic in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. No Employment Guarantee: The Company does not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, compensation increases, or specific business results. Corporate Engagements: For enterprise or group engagements, scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms will be defined in a written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). AI-Assisted Services: Certain services may incorporate AI-assisted tools. Outputs are reviewed but may contain inaccuracies. Clients remain responsible for final decisions.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Fees are due prior to service delivery unless otherwise stated in writing. Corporate invoices are payable within agreed contract terms. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, DS Collective Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered. Intellectual Property: All materials, frameworks, assessments, reports, AI prompts, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of DS Collective Consulting, LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We collect personal information necessary to provide coaching and consulting services, including name, contact details, career history, and payment information (processed via third-party providers). Information is used to deliver services, schedule sessions, process payments, and improve user experience. We do not sell personal information. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect data, though no digital system is completely secure. Clients may request access to or deletion of their data by contacting debbie@dscollectiveconsulting.com.
